Active Undergraduate Members - Want Your Delegate Fee Fully Reimbursed?
The Convention Reimbursement Program is available to each Active Delegate. The reimbursement is up to the cost of their delegate fee. Submission of expenses to attend Convention must be submitted to ADGF President Derrick Cabrera after Convention.

Step 1: Save the Dates
Check your personal calendar for availability from the morning/afternoon of July 26th to the afternoon of July 30th.
Jul. 26th Travel Day Hotel check-in starts at 3pm *
Jul. 27th First Day of Convention
Jul. 28th Second Day of Convention
Jul. 29th Third Day of Convention

Step 2: Plan Your Drive/Flight
If you are flying I recommend visiting Google Flights to see prices flight options. Hotel Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 12pm. The Hotel address is: 3555 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Step 3: Register & Pay
Visit the Registration Page and review all the items and costs at the bottom. If you purchase the Delegate fee it includes access to meetings and seminars in addition to the banquet, baseball game, and alumni tailgate. If you plan on not attending the meetings and seminars review the a la carte items and create your own plans. Hotel cost and taxes are not included.
Step 4: Reserve Your Hotel Room
Visit the Hotel Page. A hotel room rates range from $100-$152 a night plus hotel taxes. Factor these costs in and work with people within your chapter to split these expenses. If you have issues booking your room please connect with Council at pastpresident@alphadeltagamma.org
Step 5: Pack Up
You will need a suit and tie for several occasions. Dress for meeting/seminars is business casual. Banquet and Mass are business formal. View Dress Codes
